This is probably my first time ever posting a yoyoing video, but I'm doing this with one question in mind.

HOW THE PIKACHU do I loop like team Shaqler and Yuuki Spencer and the rest of them? I'm talking about the finger/hand movement.

I noticed that every single time they loop, they seem to be flicking their wrist and making minimal movement. Now, comparing that to me while I loop, you can see my whole hand turns when I flick my wrist to loop the yoyo out. If you don't get what I mean, watch

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiA5Km3JCNw" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiA5Km3JCNw" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiA5Km3JCNw</a></a>

and then compare it to my little video:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWkzzz5mpqg" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWkzzz5mpqg" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWkzzz5mpqg</a></a>
I know 10 loops isn't anything to be proud of, but I just started looping again yesterday after focusing on 1A since I started in December, and I guess you'll notice the way my hand moves in the short clip as well (:

Thanks for the answers in advance!

your 1 handed loops look better than mine  Cry

But 2a is just like any of the other style you need to be persistent just 100x more with 2a cos it so hard. I've tried many times to get good at 2a and one day beat Luke (will never happen) if your serious about it and find it fun then keep doing it and in a few months you'll be so smooth you barely have to move your wrist because it will be so *BUFF* after the constant looping of the months xD

Ahhhh, okay i get what you mean. Initially I thought there was another method in flicking your wrist that I didn't know about xD do you loop often?

Looping all about converting as much of the momentum the yoyo has as it returns back into outwards momentum. When you've been looping for 10 - 15 years like yuuki etc have, you get efficient and dont need to flick so much.

Short answer is, put in 5000 hours of practicing in, then you might be half as good. Tongue

Its taken me just about 2 years of on and off practise to get runs of 100 standard a-sync loops. Only advice i can give is, practise into a doorframe, and don't change the yo-yos, keep with the same ones

Wouldn't recommend the 900s the learn on Tbh, get some pro-yos and cottons and learn on them. Way more controlled. Or the 720s are ok...

Yup, definitely will stick to it with my loop 900 (: thanks!

Get solid runs of 50 at least before starting with both hands Smiley
